While I’ll always guide a few smiles toward the camera, the goal is connection - not posed perfection. I document YOU. Your natural interactions, hugs, laughter, and shared glances, because these are the moments you’ll want to remember most. Families are photographed being themselves, exploring, playing, and simply enjoying time together, with the same care and artistry I bring to weddings.


Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, giving us time to move, play, and capture authentic moments. I love photographing parents, kids, grandparents, and even pets - wherever your story takes us!


Many of the families I work with are past wedding clients or friends of long-time clients, returning to document new chapters of their lives. Whether outdoors or in a cozy PNW studio, every session is designed to honor your family’s unique energy and relationships.

Some of the most powerful images are the ones that show your family’s legacy - hands held, shared laughter, and the quiet comfort of just being together. While most of our time is spent capturing natural interactions, during multi-generation photos I will definitely guide everyone toward the camera so all faces are seen, creating timeless keepsakes.
